The Mental Health Initiative (MHI) Program allows you to prioritize your mental and physical health with personalized training covered through insurance, leaving you responsible only for your copay or coinsurance after your deductible is met. As part of this program, you’ll complete a quick weekly wellness survey and join three 15-minute Zoom calls each week, focusing on topics like the psychology of change, fitness fundamentals, and strategies for holistic health.
