How to WIn the challenge!
The criteria
Workout Consistency
Attend all 23 scheduled workouts. Your consistency and effort during each session are crucial for achieving transformation
Weekend Reflections
Complete all 8 weekend mindfulness prompts. These reflections are designed to deepen your self-awareness and mental resilience throughout the challenge.
Fitness Quiz
Score at least 80% on the final fitness knowledge quiz, assessing your understanding of the fitness principles covered in the challenge.
Only one participant will be crowned the winner based on these criteria! In the event of a tie, the contestants will agree on a tie breaker!
what to expect
Workout details
Workout Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two workout options per day—morning and evening (times TBD).
Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour, including a warm-up and cool-down.
Trainer Support: Each workout will be led by a personal trainer who will provide instruction, guidance, and personalized attention.
Progressive Focus:
- Week 1: Assessments and foundational work.
- Week 2: Improving form.
- Week 3: Increasing intensity.
- Week 4: Pushing limits.
- Week 5: Final assessments and winner declaration.
Workout Style: Sessions will include a mix of strength, conditioning, and functional exercises. Each day’s workout will be pre-programmed to keep things challenging and varied.
