Payment Options

How to pay for training

Pay directly for your sessions at $80 for experienced trainers or $90 for elite trainers. Simple, straightforward pricing.

Use your HSA (Health Saving Account) funds to cover training costs with pre-tax dollars, making fitness a smart financial choice.

Superbill Reimbursement

Pay upfront and submit a superbill to your insurance company. After completing a mental health survey after each session, you may receive a reimbursement check directly from your insurer.

PPO (Co-pay)

If you have a PPO plan, pay only your copay and attend a 15-minute Zoom group therapy session on “The Psychology of Change.” After successful superbill reimbursement, we’ll streamline the insurance process.
