Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Coach Sergio’s journey to becoming a mobility master began with a passion for soccer and a dream of going pro. An injury shifted his path, leading him to discover his fascination with the body and the rehabilitative process. Now, as a certified kinesiologist and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) expert, Sergio combines his love for biomechanics and movement to help clients enhance their mobility and prevent injuries.

My approach to managing the physical health of my clients is grounded in a systematic understanding of the body.

While each individual is unique, we all share biological structures that function and age in predictable ways. 

I use this knowledge to create personalized programs that promote overall well-being, not just during workouts but throughout daily life. Exercise is a tool to shape the body, maintain physical health, and enhance well-being, but not all exercises are equally effective. 

My expertise in biomechanics and kinesiology allows me to prescribe the most efficient exercises to restore function where there’s dysfunction, improve mobility where there’s restriction, and build confidence where there’s doubt.

What to Expect

Warm-Up (RAMP): We start each session with a warm-up designed to raise your heart rate and body temperature, activate key muscle groups, mobilize joints, and potentiate your body for the exercises to come.

Core Work and Power Training: After the warm-up, we perform specific core exercises and power training to enhance stability and explosive strength.

Strength Training and Metabolic Conditioning: Next, we move into strength training, focusing on building both absolute and relative strength, followed by metabolic conditioning circuits tailored to your fitness level.

Breathwork and Stretching: Each session concludes with breathwork and static stretching, promoting relaxation and recovery.

I view the body as a complex ecosystem, and my role is to help my clients develop exercise programs that achieve their desired results while also supporting long-term health—without extreme diets or overly intense workouts.

I am a strong advocate of minimal effective doses when it comes to exercise volume, focusing on movement variety and variations to keep training enjoyable and challenging.
